As a work at home mom of two highly energetic boys, I just want to talk about self-care and sleep. We only have 24 hours in a day and sometimes I feel that I need a couple of extra ones thrown at me to finish what I need to finish on my to-do list.

I sometimes want to act as a superwoman and try to do everything at once, but that’s impossible of course! From working on a client’s social media, taking photos, editing, doing laundry, folding, washing dishes and cooking, by the end of the day, I’m exhausted.
Read my review of the book in this blog post: Exhausted! A Psychologists Guide to Chronic Fatigue.
One of my most desired activities by this point is to cuddle in bed with a good book or take a much-needed nap.
Although I can’t take naps unless I’m really down to my last energy bar, I will sleep in on weekends, if you can call waking up around 7:30 a.m. sleeping in.
GhostBed Sheets Review
Today’s post is a sponsored post by GhostBed in which I received a free product to review. It is my honest opinion of the product.
I’ve struggled to find a sheet set that is comfortable, cool and durable. Especially with the Summer heat here in my neck of the woods, finding a fresh set of bed sheets can be tough.
If they’re not too thick and stuffy, they are too thin and tear easily. But thankfully, I was able to partner with GhostBed and receive these white soft sheets.
What I loved about these is the Supima cotton and Tencel fiber blend of the GhostBed sheets. They almost feel silky, but of course, they aren’t made of silk. The sheets are also breathable and light-weight. I washed the sheets as soon as I received them and they are still comfortable and soft!
I also like knowing that the sheet set comes with a 3-year warranty and free shipping!
The GhostBed Luxury Sheets set is a product of GhostBed by Nature’s Sleep, which makes a memory foam mattress, called GhostBed mattress, that Consumer Reports rated very good or excellent in every category.
Although I don’t have this mattress, the sheets fitted well with my own mattress and loved that they come with a GhostGrip.
With this, your fitted sheet will stay on securely and never pop off! Believe me, when you’re in a hurry changing sheets and making the bed, you don’t appreciate when the fitted sheet comes off.
Been there, done that!
Being that I’m a work at home mom, the sheets were soft to the touch and comfortable to want to make me feel like working from my bed.
The only thing I would have liked is if the bedsheets came in different colors. Currently, they only offer the sheets in white or grey.
Granted, that white goes with anything and they actually made my bedroom look a little brighter since my color scheme in my bedroom is a tan color.
I’m sure my husband appreciated the fact that they don’t offer any pink hues of bedsheets, because I would have picked those in a heartbeat!
I was really glad I was able to participate with this sponsorship as now I am the owner of some really soft, breathable and cool bedsheets. If you’re on the market for bedsheets, I recommend giving GhostBed Luxury Sheets a try and check out their latest coupons for a better deal.
What do you look for when purchasing bedsheets for you or your kids? What is your favorite color for bedsheets?
