Being a Virtual Assistant or Strategist can mean being able to help you grow your business. Are you a business owner in the service or product industry? Do you feel that the day just flies by after only doing a few tasks? Do you at times wish there was another YOU?

As a Business Strategist myself, I appreciate this course because it allows entrepreneurs see the worth that another person can bring to the table.
The course allows business owners understand what a Virtual Assistant can do for your company, identify when you would need a VA, how to find a VA, what tasks you can delegate to your VA plus other tips and tricks you can use.
If you have been hesitant in bringing in someone that can help grow your business, I recommend you take this course and see for yourself how you can take advantage of having that Rockstar VA working for you.

I want to thank Jasmine for allowing me to review her course but also want to give you an insight into how it was she started with her business and course. Therefore, I will hand it off to Jasmine now.
Tell us a little about yourself.
My name is Jasmine Monk and I am the owner of Jasmine & Co which is an online service-based business that offers Administrative and Marketing services to Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners. I am a mom to (2) beautiful princesses and I am a loving wife.
Tell us about your business. How did you start your business? What made you decide to go this route?
I am the founder of Jasmine & Co and I am an Online Business Manager. We offer Virtual Assistant Services and special in Administration and Marketing.
I started off as a VA a few years ago when I was a stay at home mom with my oldest daughter. I wanted more for myself and my family and after doing research and really tapping
How long have you been in business and how long did it take you to get clients and start seeing income?
I started in 2007. My first client was actually a transition from an office position to a virtual assistant. I stopped working with that client in 2008 when the real estate market tanked and had to find new clients immediately. Those marketing efforts resulted in 10 clients within 90 days.
Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert? How has this helped/challenged you and your business?
I am definitely an introvert at heart but as I’ve gotten older I communicate with people more and people think I’m an extrovert when I’m really not lol!
Did you face any challenges while starting your business? How did you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges I had was when I first had to scale within those 6 months – it was very tough. I didn’t have time to sit down and plan everything out because I was drowning.
Because I didn’t take out the time to plan, I lost a lot of money and everything literally blew up in my face. Following that, I made it my goal to rebuild and in 2018 that is what I spent all of my time, energy, and resources on with my business.
Were there any learning curves while starting your business, did you take courses, and if so, what do you recommend to those starting out?
For those starting out and feeling overwhelmed or not being able to land their first client, what piece of advise would you give them?
Network, network, network and do your research!!
Being an entrepreneur takes lots of organization and time management, how do you keep yourself accountable to meet client workload? Any systems or software recommendations?

Not any I can think of!

If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, it’s not going to be easy. It will be a lot of leg work possibly the first 1-3 years. Network and create visibility and exposure for yourself and you’ll be fine! The sky is the limit
As you can see, there are many opportunities to use your skills if you find yourself as a new entrepreneur or delegating tasks to someone like a Virtual Assistant in order to scale your business.
